From June 28th to 29th, the 27th Session of the 13th Nanchang Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee was held in the meeting room on the first floor of the Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee Office Building. The session was chaired by Lei Wujiang, the Director of the Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee. Thirty three people in total attended the session, including Jiang Renbao, Yao Yanping, Lian Zhangshou, He Youde, Wan Xianyong, Dai Hewang, Bai Bo, (Deputy Directors of the Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee), Zou Shuling, the Secretary General of the Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee and other committee members.
  The session discussed the municipal government’s proposal on conferring the title of “Honorary Citizen of Nanchang”on Mr. Chen Yuanqing, the President of JMC. Based on the regulations of Methods on Conferring Honorary Citizens of Nanchang, the session reached consensus to confer the title of “Honorary Citizen of Nanchang”on Chen Yuanqing, the President of JMC.
