Labor contract
The company follows full-time Labor Contract Policy. All company employees have to sign the legal labor contract with the company.
All newly hired graduates will sign three years labor contract (5 years for special position and special talent)
Probationary period: undergraduate 6 months; graduate: 3 months. Those with excellent performance can become formal employees ahead of schedule.

Home-leave break for unmarried employees: 20 days/year home-leave break for bachelors. 45 days for every 2 years with the approved from the H. R .Dep, if employee can’t take home-leave annually due to work rep. or their own wish.

Internal Training
 
Company will provide close to one-month training to those new hires. The training subjects include security, company culture, JPS and filed expansion training.
 
Company will also provide periodical training and guidance to the on-the-job employees about management and professional skills and comprehensive skills
Oversea Training
  Company will send those with excellent tech skills, management skills to Ford European and FLH for the training aperiodically.
Certificate education
